Health and Coffee

Coffee is today one of the most consumed beverages in the world. It is estimated at 400 billion the number of cups drunk worldwide each year, about 1684 cups per second!

This passion for coffee in the world today has pushed scientists to evaluate its effects on health and many studies have been conducted on it to find out what were the effects on health.

Indeed, scientists have shown that consuming coffee daily significantly reduce the recurrence of colon cancer and thus increase the chances of recovery, according to results of a US study whose results were published in the medical Journal of Clinical Oncology .

According to several studies, coffee would act on memory at several levels and would have the effect of reduce age-related problems and could improve the quality of our long-term memory. Coffee would also have an anti-migraine headaches role in reducing pain in migraine.

The coffee would also be an asset thinness and act on fat burning, reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, liver disease, Parkinson's and depression, and also decrease the risk of diabetes and improve athletic performance during exercise.

However, according to experts beyond to three cups of coffee per day dangers are real and multiple depending on the individual concerned, age, lifestyle and coffee overdose does not always mix. The dangers are to be considered beyond four cups of coffee daily and regular.

Indeed, it has been proven that coffee had harmful effects on the sleep cycle and presents risks of fatigue to the body. Coffee also presents risks of high blood pressure in some individuals, because it increases the heart rate and can be dangerous for people with heart problems or blood flow.

According to studies, in too large a dose the coffee would have the effect of promoting the formation of bad cholesterol by increasing lipid levels in our body and make it more aggressive, edgy and anxious in case of overconsumption.

Finally, coffee has significant benefits on the body, and reduce the long term certain types of diseases and problems, and make it more efficient. However, coffee is to drink in moderation, avoiding more than 3 cups a day, on pain of seeing appear undesirable and harmful effects to the body.
